All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

In case of high order volume, dispatch may be slightly delayed. Customers will be informed accordingly.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier partner availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods or on eligible orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if applicable), allowing you to track your shipment status.

Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers are requested to provide accurate and complete shipping information.

Vedrani will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect address details

  • Incorrect phone number

  • Customer unavailability at the delivery location

Any additional shipping charges due to incorrect information must be borne by the customer.

Delayed or Failed Deliveries

While we work with trusted courier partners, unexpected delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Remote locations

  • Logistics disruptions or courier issues

Vedrani shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged Parcel / Missing Items

Customers are advised to record a parcel opening video and/or take clear photos while opening the package.

If you receive:

  • A damaged package

  • A defective item

  • An incorrect product

  • Missing items

Please contact us within 2 days of delivery with:

  • Order Number

  • Parcel opening video/photo proof

  • Product images

  • Description of the issue

Without proper parcel opening proof, claims may not be accepted.

Return & Exchange Shipping

For approved return or exchange requests:

Return shipping charges will be covered by Vedrani only if:

  • A defective product was received

  • A wrong item was delivered

For all other approved exchanges (including size exchanges), shipping charges may be applicable.

Undelivered / Returned Orders

If an order is returned due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
