Yes, we offer a 2-Day Return & Exchange Policy only for damaged products, defective items, or incorrect product received. Products must be unused and in original packaging. We do NOT provide refunds under any circumstances.
Is parcel opening proof required for return/exchange? +
Yes. A proper parcel opening video or photo proof is mandatory. Customers must record a clear video/photo while opening the package. Without valid proof, return or exchange requests will not be accepted.
